If you have Adoption related concerns, unresolved adoption concerns, considering adopting or have adopted transracially, I can be a support. With over 15 years in Adoption Child Welfare Services, I have a vantage point of the unique challenges of what adoptive families and adoptees confront. I have an advanced understanding of attachment, trauma, and brain development, as well as the core issues associated with adoption. I have been trained and received certification from the University of Maryland, School of Social Work; The National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training Initiative. Adoption touches me personally, as I too am adopted.
